Dr Claire Taylor is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians specialising in Geriatric Medicine.  She has worked across mulitple health networks including Eastern Health, Monash Health and Cabrini Health, and is dedicated to providing exceptional care for our patients with an emphasis on shared decision making.

She enjoys providing all aspects of geriatric care and is skilled in the diagnosis and management of dementia, including management of the behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD), recurrent falls, continence, polypharmacy and advanced care planning.

Dr Taylor is passionate about improving the quality of life of older people and enjoys providing continuing care to older adults living in the community and residential aged care.
